Welcome to High Hampton!

The High Hampton Subdivision was developed as a residential community encompassing single-family residences and open spaces for the benefit of the local community. The development contains 129 lots.

Located within the Akron city limits, the community resides in what was formally known as Northampton Township (Summit County).  Remaining portions of Northampton Township were merged with the City of Cuyahoga Falls in 1986.

The developer deemed it necessary for the efficient preservation of property values, aesthetic harmony, and amenities, along with appropriation for maintenance and preservation of open space. These responsibilties were then to be transferred to a homeowners' association, consisting of its residents and managed by resident volunteers.

Membership is qualified by all owners and spouses' of real property located within the High Hampton Development.  Each lot owner must become a member of the association pursuant to Deed Restrictions and Covenants of each lot property.

For potential, or prospective property owners, visit the High Hampton Restrictions & Covenants documents, located and published on this website for detailed information.

The High Hampton Homeowners' Association holds regular bi-monthly meetings and entertains one (1) annual meeting each year for residents to meet, vote on key issues, and elect or replace existing board members.  Any resident in good standing is eligible to participate on the board. (We are always looking for new volunteers!)

For further information, or inquiries, please inquire to a resident board member located within the website.  To direct written correspondence or inquires, send to:
