HOA Board of Directors

Our association is a community of 130 single- family residences that maintains a group of up to five (5) home owners that oversee the rules & regulations established by the homeowners.  Board Members are elected by homeowners and are entrusted to maintain, review, and enforce activities within the community relating to restrictions, easements, aesthetic harmony, and amenities that are approved by the homeowners.  

The Board meets regularly and we encourage any members of the community, prospective homeowners, or neighbors to attend our meetings!

Welcome to the High Hampton Community website.  Located within the City of Akron, adjacent to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in the former Northampton Township - a beautiful place to live, walk, or visit.
